This Charter of Values represents a value in itself because it is the result of a great collective commitment. Thousands of people contributed to its drafting: employees of Group companies and some representatives of agents. Every single word, concept, sentence was written with a contribution of unusual proportions. Usually the corporate '' Charters of Values '' are designed in rather small rooms and then simply communicated. When it goes well, a part of the management is involved in building them or, in even more enlightened cases, a representation of the recipients. Almost always, however, for more consultative than planning purposes. Our Group has instead chosen to listen to everyone, offering everyone the opportunity to participate. For this reason, the Values discussed in this document represent and distinguish us. They are '' our '' Values and this Charter summarizes the result of the whole process. Now it is necessary to give life to this Charter. Here the personal contribution of each of us comes into play, with recognizing ourselves in it and working by sharing its spirit and contents, with knowing how to transform concepts into concrete actions and examples. Respect, in particular in its meanings of valorisation, listening and transparency, is a priority. The goal is to ensure that relations between employees, agents, customers, suppliers, shareholders, investors, civil communities and future generations are based on transparency and interests are balanced and balanced by mutual respect in the name of different needs. For the company, the goal is its long-term development, it is the achievement of the best mutually compatible benefits.
