1. Acceptance of the Conditions of Sale

This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
1.2 - If the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure has been completed, will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of art. 50 and following of Legislative Decree 206 / 05.
1.3 - Any right of the customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
1.4 - Gift vouchers are issued by Kaladomus, a trademark in concession to the company under Italian law. When the customer purchases, receives or uses a gift voucher, he accepts that these general conditions of use of gift vouchers are governed by Italian law. Kaladomus reserves the right to change these terms from time to time at its discretion. These conditions are applicable within the limits established by law. The gift vouchers issued can be used for the purchase of suitable products and are valid for ten years from the date of issue.
2. Methods of Purchase
2.1 - The customer can only purchase the products in the electronic catalog of the kaladomus.com website at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be fully representative of its characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory products shown in the figure. All purchase support information is to be understood as simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of a single product.
2.2 - The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by G.A. S.r.l by means of an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address supplied by the customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of execution of the order and an order number, to be used in any further communication with G.A. S.r.l. The message re-proposes all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, using customer service.
2.3 - In case of non-acceptance of the order, G.A. S.r.l guarantees timely communication to the customer.
3. Methods of Payment
3.1 - Credit card: in cases of purchase of goods with a credit card payment method, the credit card will be debited at the same time as the order.
3.2 - G.A. S.r.l reserves the right to request additional information from the customer (e.g. landline phone number) or to send copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. In the absence of the required documentation, G.A. S.r.l reserves the right not to accept the order.
3.3 - At no time during the purchase procedure G.A. S.r.l is able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card, transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the bank that manages the transaction. G.A. S.r.l may store such data only upon the explicit request and consent of the customer: in this case G.A. S.r.l guarantees that such data are stored according to certified security standards and that they are always displayed in masked mode.
3.4 - Cash on delivery: in the event of a purchase agreed on cash on delivery, an additional contribution will be applied to the total amount, clearly highlighted at the time of choosing the terms of payment. Payment, to be made directly to the courier or our. in charge, will take place at the time of delivery of the products. It is possible to pay only in cash, it is not possible to pay by checks. 3.5 - Split payment. For a part of the products in the catalog, payment can also be made, at the customer's choice, by means of the split payment method which provides for the splitting of the total amount into two or more payments, depending on the product, with the first payment being charged on day of shipment of the order and of subsequent ones on the same day of shipment each month (recurrence calculation method) until the full balance of the price, without the application of interest or additional costs of any other nature except for shipping costs, cash on delivery and / or of another nature (if foreseen at the time of purchase) which will be charged in the first payment. 3.6 - Purchases via paypal: in cases of purchase of the goods with paypal payment methods, at the same time as the online transaction is concluded, paypal will immediately charge the amount relating to the purchase made.
4. Shipping Methods And Expenses
4.1 - G.A. S.r.l accepts orders with national and international deliveries (possibly charging the related costs).
4.2 - for each order placed on the kaladomus.com website, G.A. S.r.l issues an accompanying invoice for the material shipped. For the issue of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order is valid. After the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make changes.
4.3 - Delivery costs, if any, are charged to the customer and are clearly stated when placing the order. Nothing more is owed by the customer than the total order.
4.4 - No responsibility can be attributed to G.A. S.r.l in case of delay in the fulfillment of the order or in the delivery of the order.
4.5 - The delivery of the order is understood to be on the street level except for: - The explicit purchase of delivery to the floor, where applicable. goods by the courier, the customer is required to check: - That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the accompanying invoice. - That the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the materials of closure (adhesive tape or strapping). 5. Right of withdrawal

S.r.l will allow you to make an appointment for collection at the customer's home by a courier sent by G.A. S.r.l. The customer will not pay anything for the return of the product. G.A. S.r.l will also proceed, within 45 days of returning the goods, to re-credit the amount after verifying the integrity of the packaging and retaining only the amount of the initial shipping costs. The re-credit will take place by bank transfer; It will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (iban and current account holder). The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packaging).
5.2 - The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:
- The law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (eg: accessories, etc ...);
- The right does not apply: to products once the original packaging has been opened. To products made to measure or clearly personalized.
- The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc ...); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box, on which to affix the label provided by G.A. 5.3 - The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its content), in cases where G.A. S.r.l ascertains:
- The non-diligent use of the asset that has compromised its integrity, or the use of any consumable materials;
- The opening and / or lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
- The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain for 8 days, at the Hub by G.A. S.r.l, available to the customer for collection at his expense.
All products sold by G.A. S.r.l are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05. To use the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice.
6.1 - The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05 applies to products that have a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use, as required by the regulations. This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form). In case of lack of conformity, G.A. S.r.l provides, at no cost to the customer, to restore the conformity of the product by repairing / replacing or reducing the price, up to the termination of the contract.
6.2 - In the event that, for any reason, it is unable to return to its own customer a product under warranty (restored or replaced), G.A. S.r.l may proceed at its own discretion to refund the amount paid, taking into account the use of the goods or to replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics.
6.3 - The repair or replacement times of the product depend exclusively on the manufacturer's policies. and no damage can be claimed from G.A. S.r.l for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.
6.4 - The application of the guarantee provides that the return of the product must be returned by the customer, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and equipment accessory: manuals, cables, etc ...); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box. In all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging should be avoided. The customer will be provided with an authorization number for the return of the product (C.A.R.) which must be indicated on the outside of the packaging, following the instructions provided directly in the relevant authorization e-mail.
7.1 - The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to meet the express requests of the customer. G.A. S.r.l guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.03. complete information on the site in the privacy section.
